“I wanted a bit spicier flavor to my quiche. So I used Pepper Jack cheese with a pinch of chili flakes.”
Savory Dutch Baby – Created by Diana S.
“I thought that a Moroccan-style sauce would go well with the Dutch Baby. So, I browned some lamb stew (about 1 pound). Then I added dried apricots (about 1/3 cup), cinnamon (1 teaspoon), cumin (1 teaspoon), coriander (1/2 teaspoon), butternut squash (1 pound, peeled, cut into chunks), and about 1 can chicken broth. I cooked it over low heat until the meat and squash were tender.”
