Muriwo
A Zimbabwean sautéed greens dish, genuinely distinct from the site's existing Sadza with Relish, which covers the broader relish category generally rather than this one specific vegetable preparation. 'Muriwo' is the general Shona word for leafy greens, but as a named dish it specifically means rape, collard-like greens, or covo cooked simply with onion and tomato, an everyday, genuinely common relish rather than a special-occasion dish, distinct from its richer cousin muriwo unedovi, which adds peanut butter.
